Sponsorship Levels And Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

Participating as a Sponsor at the annual Texas Association of College and University Printers Conference is an excellent opportunity for Vendors to receive marketing exposure in addition to gathering knowledge and networking with key personnel at area in-plant operations.

General classification levels are listed below, however specialized a la carte packages can be configured to include any number of attendees, display area, and advertising options.

Sponsorship is not limited to financial support, it can also take the form of provision of materials, resources, and other integral components of hosting the conference. Platinum Level
$3500

Platinum sponsors will receive prominent placement in all promotional material, including a logo link on the conference websites, logo listing in the program guide and a full page, full color ad in the conference program, three full conference attendee packages which permit networking opportunities for all meals, receptions, and entertainment venues. Booth space of up to 200 square feet with tables, chairs, wireless internet access and 110v power provided. As an added bonus, Platinum Sponsors will receive registered attendees list prior to the conference.


Gold Level
$2000

Gold sponsors will receive recognition in all promotional material, including a logo link on the conference websites, logo listing in the program guide and a one-half page, full color ad in the conference program, two full conference attendee packages which permit networking opportunities for all meals, receptions, and entertainment venues. Booth space of up to 150 square feet with one table, chairs, wireless internet access and 110v power provided.


Silver Level
$1000

Silver sponsors will receive recognition in all promotional material, including a logo link on the conference websites, logo listing in the program guide and a one-quarter page, full color ad in the conference program and one full conference attendee packages which permits networking opportunities for all meals, receptions, and entertainment venues. Booth space of up to 100 square feet with one table, chairs, and wireless internet access.


Bronze Level
$500

Bronze sponsors will receive recognition in promotional material, including a link on the conference websites, logo listing in the program guide and a one-eighth page, full color ad in the conference program. One two-day conference attendee packages which permits networking opportunities for all meals, receptions, and entertainment venues from the opening reception on Monday through lunch on Wednesday. Booth space of up to 80 square feet with one table, chairs, wireless internet access and 110v power provided.





Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

In addition to the Bronze-Silver-Gold-Platinum Sponsorship Packages which are available at $500 through $3500 we want to provide additional exposure for those willing to support the SWACUMS and/or TACUP organizations.

All sponsors will have space available in the Exhibit Hall and several segments of the agenda have been specifically designated as viewing time in the Exhibit Hall which is only about a one minute walk and downstairs from the classroom area.

The conference includes a game with prize that encourages interaction between potential customer attendees and the sponsoring vendors.


Benefits of Additional Sponsorships

Once payment is received, all advertising for the conference will include a mention of your generous support of an additional event.

  • Email blasts to attendees (90, 75, 60, 45, 30, 15 days out) with logo.
  • Inclusion on web sites for both TACUP and SWACUMS with logo.
  • The event printed in the program and the schedule with logo.
  • Signage at the event with logo.

TTU Rawls Course Golf Tournament on Monday, October 21st
$200-$340

Come play golf with us at the TTU Rawls course! Voted #2 best Course in Texas for 2012 and #3 University Golf Course in America by Golfweek. The tournament will be based on individual score with a shotgun start. Trophies will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. The costs for the tournament include green fee, range balls, cart, and lunch. The fees are as follows:

Individual: $85
Hole Sponsorship: $340

Sponsor will receive a 2ft x 3ft custom sign at the hole of your choice (first come, first served) and will sponsor any combination of 4 players. (Vendor’s employees or conference attendees)

Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin Sponsorship - We are suggesting a $200.00 or more prize for this sponsorship. The Sponsor may provide a prize or purchase a gift certificate at the Rawls Pro Shop. Sponsor’s name and logo will be printed on the course flag and the sponsor will be acknowledged at the time of the awards.

All Sponsors are encouraged to “beef up” your sponsorship by contributing goody bag items such as balls, tees, divot tools, etc. with your logo.


Registration Bags
$500

Have your logo and/or message printed on the conference bags.


Pre-Conference Class on Monday, October 21st
$250

Most attendees will arrive on Monday afternoon. Five different rooms are reserved for our use. Vendors are welcome to schedule a pre-conference class, presentation, or reception prior to the 6:00 p.m. opening reception. Event will be promoted in the schedule, but attendance may be low due to travel itineraries.


Co-op Advertising
$Your Cost

If you would like to showcase a product or service by putting it into practical use during the conference then we want to work with you! For starters, XMPie has assisted with a mail out and Pitney Bowes is discussing the use of a mail locker or ID system at registration. We encourage vendors to provide a specific substrate, or finishing option, or to include an item in the conference bag. We would also appreciate help with sending a package of collected vendor info home. Other thoughts or ideas welcome - we would love to have every vendor involved!


Opening Reception
$1500

The opening reception on Monday evening, October 21st will include a buffet meal and an open bar. There will be a session for ‘speed networking’ to help break the ice, introduce new comers, and encourage interaction between SWACUMS and TACUP attendees and vendors. Sponsoring vendor will be given a 10-15 minute opportunity to address the entire group during the event.


Free Night on Tuesday

We encourage vendors to make arrangements with potential and existing customers for dinner and/or an outing on Tuesday evening, October 22nd. This is an opportunity to get your best customers together with potential customers in a relaxed atmosphere. We are putting together a selection of restaurants and things to do in Lubbock.


Breaks
$500

Two mornings and one afternoon break are available on October 22nd and 23rd. Beverages, snacks, and an attendant are included. Vendor will receive special recognition on the schedule, at the banquet, and on the web sites for both TACUP and SWACUMS. A 12x18” full color sign will be placed on the serving table.


Lunch on Wednesday, October 23rd
$1000

The sponsor of the buffet luncheon will have the opportunity to speak to the entire gathering for 10-15 minutes during the meal. Signage in the dining room and on each table, or specialty item at each place setting could be arranged.


Hospitality Suite
$3000

If you want to be everyone’s best friend, this is the sponsorship for you! Beverages, snacks, and an attendant are included. Hospitality suite will be open for three nights until midnight. A generous full color banner will be displayed in the suite and special recognition on the schedule.


Door Prizes

Any and all contributions for door prizes are welcome!

Additional Sponsor Attendee $300.00 includes all functions
